Programmer/Analyst (Nashville, TN)
- Minimum of two to four (2-4) years experience with a proven track record in developing business applications using Visual Basic and SQL programming languages.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience successfully using Microsoft SQL/Server database management tools to successfully develop store procedures and database triggers.
- Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of proven experience designing and developing custom views and reports using Crystal Reports, Visual Basic and SQL.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and their application in developing detailed formal system documentation and training materials.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes without resorting to heavy handed tactics.
- Ability to establish and develop effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to demonstrate successful track record of improving business processes and information systems.
- Must operate with a high degree or professionalism and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be committed to operating with integrity, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- Minimum of a two (2) year Associates Degree in Business or a Technology related field. Undergraduate degree in a Business or Technology field from a recognized university in the US is highly desirable.
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills a necessity.
- Ability to lift and move PC components is required.
