Cummings Signs warrants all products to be free from defective workmanship and materials for one (1) year. Whenever there is any circumstance on which a claim might be based, Cummings must be informed prior to the completion of any repairs or the provisions of this warranty are null and void. Warranty specifics differ depending on whether or not the installation is completed by Cummings Signs and these differences are detailed below:

WHEN CUMMINGS MANUFACTURES & INSTALLS YOUR SIGNS

Your sign will be guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship and materials, including ballasts, transformers and electrical equipment for one (1) year from the date of installation.  (Note: The following items are exceptions and are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the installation date: fluorescent lamps and neon tubing).

WHEN CUMMINGS MANUFACTURES, BUT DOES NOT INSTALL YOUR SIGN

Your sign will be guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship and materials, including ballasts, transformers and electrical equipment for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Labor for the replacement of ballasts, transformers and electrical equipment is not included in the warranty. Ballasts and transformers should be exchanged locally.  (Note: The following items are exceptions and are not covered by this warranty: fluorescent lamps and neon tubing).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

No allowance will be made for any expense incurred in repairing any defective material or supplying any missing part except on the prior approval of Cummings. Cummings reserves the right to replace in whole or in part. Cummings shall not be liable for any damages or losses other than the replacement of such defective work or material.
