Not only do we have a Senior Relationship Manager who serves our corporate stakeholders through regular meetings and office visits, but each person on our Project Teams are encouraged to exercise self-leadership by communicating with clients during planning, design, and installations. This mindset enables us to seamlessly manage the large scale of projects for growing regional and national franchises.

2. Supporting a Streamlined Construction Site
Our Project Teams have shared accountability to have signs permitted, manufactured, and installed efficiently as possible while using the best available resources. It is not uncommon for Team Leads and Account Managers to visit project sites in-person to evaluate a facility or check on the progress of installs to ensure client goals are being met. Additionally, for project sites that involve other contractors, members of our Project Teams will work with those them to ensure construction goes according to plan in a timely manner. We understand there are multiple groups external to Cummings Resources present throughout a project. Client satisfaction and the ability to meet deadlines is the result of a healthy and functioning environment on the construction site.
3. Technology for Efficiency & Accountability
As a company that embraces technological innovations for exterior signage and wayfinding, project management tools are used by all members at Cummings to guarantee project goals are continually reached. We use cloud-based software technology that lets our project managers at all of our office locations to have visibility over running projects.
